With online banking you manage your financial information from the comfort of your home with your personal computer, whenever it’s convenient for you. You will have access to your bank accounts, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to make account inquiries, transfer funds between accounts, and pay bills online with our bill payment module. Online banking is a safe and secure way for you to manage your banking needs - when you want.

First Time User Instructions:
We're pleased that you would like to sign up for online banking and know that you will find it an easy and convenient way to bank. 

Online banking can be accessed from either the blue "First Time User" button at the right or from the convenient link in the upper left hand corner on the home page of our website.  When you select either of those, you will be directed to the First Time User Login page.

You will then be asked to enter your Access ID (which is your Bank of Cape Cod account number) and your Password (which was provided to you when you opened your Bank of Cape Cod account).  If you have forgotten your password, please contact us at 508-568-2300. 

You will also be prompted to complete a multi-factor authentication to ensure the safety of your information when using online banking.  After your initial login you will be asked to select a new Access ID and Password.  We recommend that you change your password often for security.

The online banking application is best viewed via Internet Explorer. For Mac users, the application is best viewed via Mozilla FireFox.

Mobile Banking

Access your accounts wherever, whenever with our mobile banking - the application that let's you easily check account balances, transfer funds, review recent transactions and create cutomized alerts right from your cell phone, any place you have cell phone service.  Our mobile bank utilizes the latest multifactor authentication to provide security.  Also, its fast, easy to use and available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and FREE for all consumer account holders enrolled in online banking.

To use our mobile banking application all you need is a web enabled phone and the ability to receive text or email messages.  Mobile banking is a free service provided by Bank of Cape Cod however, standard text message rates apply and may be assessed by your mobile provider.  Please verify with your provider prior to enrolling in mobile banking.

Mobile Banking is a free service for our Internet banking customers. To enroll, simply log in to Online banking on our home page, click the OPTIONS menu, and choose MOBILE BANKING ENROLLMENT.
